I found this recipe in the Weight Watchers app for 0 points. I changed out some of the oats for oat flour to make it a softer bread consistency. I grind up oatmeal with a coffee bean grinder to make the flour.
Grace Oat Bread
2 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cup oat flour
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup applesauce
2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
Mix dry ingredients together, then mix in egg, applesauce, and yogurt. Spoon into loaf pan and bake at 360* for 40 minutes.
